Excellent new steak house. The food was well prepared, and the service was excellent and prompt. The atmosphere was relaxed, as it was an old, renovated movie theater. The only reason I am giving it four stars is that the wine was ridiculously priced. I get that when you go out, you're going to pay ~2x to ~3x, but the prices were ~ 4x+. Overall, it was a great place to take colleagues from a different country to show them a nice American steakhouse. I would recommend it and will be back.

I can not say enough about Elliott's Steakhouse. First off that bar is absolutely amazing. We got there early and enjoyed a nice drink and then we're shown to our table. Like any good steakhouse meal we started off with a wedge salad that was fabulous. Our steaks were perfectly cooked and delicious. Probably one of the best meals I have had in a long time. I look forward to dining here many times in the future.

My goodness. Outstanding meal. Porcini crusted ribeye. So good. Wish we had one in San Antonio or Cabo San Lucas.

First starting with entering the establishment, we went through the back entrance on accident but it was diamond in the rough! Walked through the beautiful scenery and arrived at the front where they seat you. One thing that you must know is that they offer complimentary valet which we didn't know till after our meal! Don't pay for the lousy parking in the alley. The lovely ladies at the front greeted us with smile and asked us for our reservation and if we were 21. Unfortunately me and my bf are 20 so we kindly said no. Once we were sat we literally gagged at how beautiful our seat was. Our waiter told us it's the best in the house number 32 if anyone wants to know high recommended that seat. Lighting and atmosphere was great and would highly recommend taking your special someone on a date here they will be very impressed. First they gave us bread and there were 3 different types of butter. Unlike any restaurant I've ever been they had multiple butter options, one was lemon, which I would say was okay. One was rosemary butter which was ASTOUNDING and went great with the bread. And lastly there was the bbq butter. My boyfriend pointed out that it tasted like chick fil a sauce, once I tried I realized he was right. But it had a bbq after taste. We also ordered lemonade which came in very nice glasses with a cute little lemon on it. Made us feel like we had a drink with us. We knew we wanted steak. So I ordered the 6 oz and my bf ordered the 10. We also decided to split the garlic mash. We didn't get any sauces but I kinda regret that now because they would've complimented the steak well. The steaks came out in amazing timely manner with a wonderful waiter. The steaks were cooked to perfection! Absolutely delicious and amazing mash no complaints. Actually the only thing is that they didn't have any salt or pep on the table. I always add salt bc I have issues so need to get more used to not over salting everything which was practiced during this meal. My boyfriend says the steak was but big for him so don't over indulge too much red meat can have u feeling queasy. Overall I would definitely come back. And I loved the experience would want to drink next time. 10/10, great service, quality food, and amazing date night with great atmosphere.

Our dinner at Elliott's was excellent, from the time we were greeted at the door until we carried our very full selves back out. The ambiance is desert Southwest, with a long, well-stocked bar along one side, dark floors, and exposed, brick walls. The wine list is extensive, with wines from around the world. The service was attentive, without being annoying. Our food was wonderful. The portions were generous. The steaks were delicious and prepared perfectly. We will definitely return.

Excellent experience! Great for date night or celebration dinners. The ambiance and service is wonderful. It is very welcoming and quiet. Highly recommend sitting upstairs for a wonderful view of the beautiful bar. Our server made some amazing recommendations for drinks and he was very attentive. Everything came out perfectly timed, our waters were always full, and every employee we interacted with seemed genuinely happy to have us there. Food: For appetizers we tried the oysters (both east and west coast available), lobster bites and bacon wrapped scallops. All were amazing. For sides we tried the corn with zucchini, mashed potatoes and asparagus. The asparagus was great, the other two we wouldn't order again. For main dish we had the chefs special truffle steak and the chefs special filet with caviar. Both were incredible. The truffle steak was very rich. Steaks were cooked to perfection. For desert we had the crème brûlée. It was a beautiful presentation, but it had an orange zest to it that was not my favorite. The manager Candace checked in with our table and we had a great conversation. She takes great pride in the restaurant and it shows. We will definitely return again!
